Imagine, it is 2017 and you have spent over 2 hours in the local Kroger store looking for food allergy items you can eat only to spend $5. After you check out, you sit in your car and are in disbelief and start to cry because you are frustrated and have no idea what to do! This was me after receiving my results from my doctor. I’m the type of person that will jump full in the deep end of the pool, so to speak. What I didn’t realize at the time was that this was going to become a lifestyle and I had no guide! No personal coach or friend to give me the tried and true tips, tricks, and hacks. Luckily, for you, you have me! Some food allergy items are better than others and I’ll share with you the ones that are keepers!
By now, you most likely know what it feels to be “glutened” and it is not fun! I recommend trying new food on a day where you have time to recover. For me, that is the weekend. If you eat something and need to get gluten or dairy out of your system quickly, try GlutenEase or GlutenAid. The enzymes will help to breakdown things quicker and reduce the bloat and gas.
